Development of new assessment tool for clinico-social case study: A tool designed according to the requirement of clinico-social case study assessment based on principles of mini-CEX. The new tool offers opportunities for direct observation of the skills of trainees in different domains followed by feedback on performance.

• MCI NODAL CENTER : (BASIC AND ADVANCED COURSE). The highest number of faculties has been trained by the faculties from this Nodal Center in the Country.
• Dr. Himanshu Pandya was MCI's National Consultant for Faculty Development
• Dr. Himanshu Pandya and Dr. Praveen Singh contributed to the design of the AETCOM (Attitude, Ethics, and Communication) module of MCI.
• Dr. Praveen Singh was a member of the Committee for the Design of the New Curriculum of UG (MBBS) of MCI. Many other faculties were subject contributors to the same.
• Several FAIMER fellows among faculties.
• UNESCO BIOETHICS UNIT of Gujarat, under the aegis of the UNESCO BIOETHICS chair program (HAIFA).
• Around 250 PubMed publications in last 5 years (highest in Gujarat).
• UG students have published more than 20 PubMed-indexed papers.
• UG students presented more than 50 conference papers over the last seven years.
• Many Faculties and residents had laurels, as awards in papers published and presented.
