Instructions for Students who Have Secured Admission at this College for MBBS till 2nd Round:

At the outset, we congratulate you for deciding to join the profession of medicine and selecting Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad, for your journey in this profession. The process for joining at medical college will be carried out on 7^th October, 2024 from 09.00 am onwards. Classes will begin immediately afterwards.

Instructions for First Day (07-10-2024, Monday):

1. Students and Parents are to assemble in Lecture Hall 1 and Lecture Hall 2 as per the list on the notice board and website.
2. Only one (1) parent/guardian will be allowed with the student in the Lecture Hall. Any other family member accompanying the student shall have to wait outside the college premises till the orientation session is finished.
3. Please note that no visitor / parent will be allowed to stay in the hostel.
4. While coming to the college physically on 7^th October, 2024, please ensure that you have the following documents (Self Attested) ready with you:

- 5 Recent Passport Size Photographs

- Two Sets of Photocopy of all the Documents Submitted to the Help Centre [Self-Attested]

- Copy of the Latest Provisional Admission Order

- Copy of Aadhaar Card

- Download and fill up Registration Forms of College & University Both. Also attach copy all documents separately with both forms as listed in the Form and also submitted to the Help Center. (Download Forms)

5. Students who have passed their 12^th Standard from other than Gujarat Board are hereby directed to bring their Original Migration Certificate on 07-10-2024.

Instructions for Availing Hostel Facilities:

Students who want to avail hostel facility, are required to fill up the following Google form by 05:00 PM of 05^th October, 2024, 10:00 AM: Click Here for Application Form for Hostel Accommodation at PSMC

Allotment of the hostel will be displayed on the notice board of the college on 07^th October, 2024.

Please bring a bank cheque book and/or be ready for an online mode of payment to pay hostel fees. Cash payment will not be accepted. The bank details for transfer of fees are as provided below. You are encouraged to add these in your beneficiary profile to enable easy transactions.
