Instructions:

Joining at medical college shall be carried out on 21^st September, 2026 from 09.00 am onwards. Classes shall start from the next day.

We would request all students and parents to go through the below mentioned guide so as to enable informed and smooth joining at the institute.

Process at the time of Joining:

1. While coming to the college in person on 21^st September 2026, please ensure that you have the downloaded, printed and filled copy of following forms along with self-attested requisite attachments with each form separately:

        a. College Registration Form [link for Form UA]

        c. Undertaking for Anti-ragging to be filled by both student and parent [link for Anti Ragging Form UC]

2. Students who have passed their 12^th Standard from other than Gujarat Board are hereby directed to bring their Original Migration Certificate by 31-10-2026.

Accommodation:

Instructions for Availing Hostel Facilities

Students who wish to avail hostel facility, are required to fill up the following Google form by 19^th September, 2026, 12:00 noon.

1. Accommodation shall be made available for both boys and girls separately, based on merit and city of residence at the time of joining.

2. At the time of joining, within the lecture hall, concerned office shall apprise you about hostel accommodation process, fee submission and visit to the hostels.

3. New hostels are under construction while older ones are under betterment. We hope to provide these new facilities by next year.

 

Instructions for First Day (21-09-2026, Monday)

1. Students and Parents shall assemble in Lecture Hall 1 and Lecture Hall 3 by 9 am, as per the list made available on the notice board at the college and website.

2. Only one (1) parent/guardian shall be allowed with the student in the Lecture Halls.  Any other family member accompanying the student shall have to wait outside the college premises till the orientation session is finished. [we understand that it’s a special moment for all the family members to be part of the Joining Day Orientation but space constraints do not permit for allowing everybody inside the hall]

3. At the hall, all students wishing to avail hostel facility shall be assisted by support staff of the institute to complete the process.

4. Those who opt for hostel facility, shall have to pay the requisite fee and approach the Hostel Warden for allotment, after completion of the orientation program.

5. Please note that no visitor/ parent will be allowed to stay in the hostel after allotment.

6. Pro-rata fee for the current month shall have to be deposited for hostel, which shall be non-refundable.

Please bring a bank cheque book for payments and/or through an online mode of payment to pay the hostel fees. Cash payment will not be accepted. The bank details for transfer of fees are as provided below. You are encouraged to add these in your beneficiary profile to enable easy transactions.
